Welcome to Avolites’ e-learning platform. These Terms of Purchase govern your purchase and use of our online courses and course access codes. By making a purchase, you agree to these terms.
1. Definitions
1.1. “We,” “us,” or “our” refers to Avolites. 1.2. “You” or “your” refers to the purchaser or user of our courses or access codes. 1.3. “Courses” refers to the online educational content provided by Avolites. 1.4. “Access Codes” refers to the unique codes that grant access to specific courses.
2. Course Purchases
2.1. Direct Course Access: When you purchase direct access to a course, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the course materials for personal, non-commercial use.
2.2. Access Code Purchases: When you purchase access codes, you are buying the right to distribute these codes to third parties, who can then activate and access the associated courses.
3. Pricing and Payment
3.1. All prices are listed in GBP and are subject to change without notice.
3.2. Payment is due at the time of purchase.
3.3. We accept payment via Stripe Payment Gateway.
3.4. All purchases are subject to tax where applicable.
4. Access and Activation
4.1. Direct Course Access: Upon successful payment, you will receive immediate access to your purchased course(s).
4.2. Access Codes: Upon successful payment, you will receive the purchased access codes via email within 24 hours. Please contact training_group@avolites.com if these have not been received.
4.3. Access code recipients must create an account on our platform to activate their code and access the course.
5. Duration of Access
5.1. Unless otherwise specified, course access is granted for 6 months from the date of purchase or code activation.
5.2. Access codes must be activated within 12 months of purchase.
6. Refund Policy
6.1. Direct Course Access: As this is a digital product, refunds are not available after purchase has been completed.
6.2. Access Codes: Refunds are not available for purchased access codes, whether they have been distributed or not.
7. Cancellation of Access
7.1. We reserve the right to cancel or suspend access to courses or deactivate access codes in cases of violation of our Terms of Use, suspected fraud, or other misuse.
8. Bulk Purchases and Volume Discounts
8.1. For bulk purchases of access codes, please contact our sales team at training_group@avolite.com who can assist.
8.2. Volume discounts may be available for large orders, subject to our discretion.
9. Resale and Distribution
9.1. Resale of individual course access is strictly prohibited.
9.2. Distribution of purchased access codes is permitted, but you may not resell these codes for profit without explicit written permission from Avolites.
10. Updates and Changes to Courses
10.1. We reserve the right to update, modify, or discontinue courses at any time.
10.2. No refunds will be issued due to course updates or modifications.
11. Technical Requirements
11.1. You are responsible for ensuring you have the necessary technical requirements (e.g., internet connection, compatible device) to access and use the courses.
11.2. We are not responsible for any issues arising from inadequate technical capabilities on your end.
12. Intellectual Property
12.1. All course content remains the intellectual property of Avolites and/or its suppliers.
12.2. You may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works based on our course content without explicit permission.
13. Limitation of Liability
13.1. Avolites is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our courses or access codes.
14. Governing Law
These Terms of Purchase shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom.
15. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Purchase at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
